Versa 2 stopped showing sleep score and health metrics

I’ve only had my Fitbit Versa 2 for about 10 days.  I joined Fitbit premium about 6 days ago so that I could have the sleep score and detailed health metrics.

It provided me the sleep score and health metrics for 3 days and now this morning I have no data.  My account shows premium service, but is acting as though I don’t have it.  I’ve closed the app, logged out, rebooted the phone and did a hard reboot on the Fitbit 2x already. Nothing is helping.  Please help! Very frustrated.  Thinking I may have thrown my money away on this device if it doesn’t work like it should.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us..

 

Note that you must see sleep stages to see Sleep Score. There are some factors that can affect Sleep Stages. I would recommend visiting this article and open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?".

 

If you don't see the Mindfulness tile, please go to this site and follow the steps in the section "How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard?".

 

Whether none of this helps, please attach a screen shot of what is shown on your Fitbit app.
