Versa 2 stopped showing the time

My clock face is no longer visible can not see the time

Hi @Sammi20 - it may need charging if you see nothing.

If you see it dim, out of sunlight, try pulling down from the top edge once and then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and make sure sleep is not enabled because that dims the watch.

Hi there, @Sammi20. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s suggestions. 

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Many thanks for your email I have restarted it now and all back on track.

I have tried both of these and my screen is still black. Steps are being tracked because I keep checking the app on my phone. But no display
