A few days ago my Versa 2 stopped being able to swipe in any direction. I can see the clock face and it's counting my steps but I can't use any of the apps or track activities. I did have a recent update but it stopped working before that. I tried to restart and changed the clock face but nothing has helped. Thanks in advance!

Mine did the same for a week or so -- and then just got bricked. I took it off the charger and it looked like when the tv channels turned to fuzz late at night. Then green. Then fuzz. Then green. Then fuzz. And then kablooey. Glad to see google is operating the company as fitbit did. SMDH
