Versa 2 stopped syncing AGAIN. Had it less than one year. Works fine, except won't sync.

How do I do a reset? Versa 2 won't sync. It last synced June 9th.

I found the reset instruction and it is syncing now. Syncing all data since June 9th took a while. The reset worked.
