Versa 2 stopped syncing and tracking my heart rate

A week ago, my versa 2 stopped tracking my HR and wouldnt sync with my android. I got ahold of a specialist on chat and she had me do a factory reset and set it back up. It worked for half the day. Since then, I have done 2 factory resets and now it won't track my steps or ANYTHING. I havent had this watch for a year yet. Whats going on?!

Same deal with mine. I just factory reset my fitbit thinking that would work. Now I'm without a watch for the inevitable ...

I agree!! I can't tell you how many times I've reset this watch! This is a BIG problem for me because I track and monitor my HR using the Versa. It seems every since I updated my watch it hasn't been working properly. I might as well have gotten a watch from Dollar Tree at least I'm sure it'll last. SMH
