If it is 3.36 or 3.36.1 update to the recently released 3.37, it may fix the issue.

Of course you may have to do a bit of Sync setup and troubleshooting to get things on track.

Hi there @Neelo, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2 and for already trying to sync with another mobile device.

Before anything else, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Please check the Fitbit app version as suggested by @Guy_. Also, try the troubleshooting steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

When the Fitbit App on my Samsung phone updated this morning to ver 3.37 my Versa 2 stopped syncing.  No combination of resets, reboots (of phone or tracker), cache clearing or whatnot would fix the problem.  A quick scan of the reviews posted on the Google Play Store for this update in the last few hours/days makes it pretty CLEAR that the app update is the issue (update happened -> trackers won't sync).  Based on my experience a couple of years ago when the EXACT same thing happened (app update to ver 2.64) and we had to wait several MONTHS  for the issue to be fixed, I uninstalled ver 3.37, installed the last working version (3.26.1 from Dec 2020), and turned off auto-update in the Google Play Store so that it doesn't get broken again before I can even get my sneakers tied.
