Versa 2 stopped syncing to my phone's Bluetooth

Versa 2 stopped syncing with phone. Tried reconnecting with set up a device and phone won't see device. Factory reset versa 2, and phone still will not see versa 2 when using 'Set up a Device'. Fitbit logo is on screen, so versa is turned on. Uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled to start from scratch and still cannot see device on phone. Phone Bluetooth is working on any other device.

Hey, I'm glad I'm not the only person having this issue. I think it started Wednesday night? I woke up Yesterday & the logo was flashing on my watch screen. Has been doing this ever since. My issues seem to be exactly the same as yours? The logo flashed on the screen for a few seconds, disappears, the re appears, iphone's Bluetooth is working perfectly on all other devices. Fitbit "bug fixes & minor improvements" should be changed to "bug creations & major stuff ups". My fitbit versa 2 is nit even 1 year old & I'm pretty fed up

I had an online chat with Fitbit on their help desk and am perhaps very close to a resolution with warranty.

That's great news 🙂 Unfortunately I bought mine off eBay. Maybe it's my watch that has stuffed up & has nothing to do with updates?

I hope someone comes up with a solution. I can’t get it to attach to Bluetooth anymore.I have reset,reinstalled, restarted, re… everything. Help please.

Go to Fitbit help and have an online chat. This resulted in me getting a replacement.Sent from my Galaxy

Mine stopped too. Did everything was told to do. Started with my sleep tracker stopped working. Returned it, got another and sleep tracker not even showing. So irritated. Any suggestions?

Same exact with mine. Is anyone from the Fitbit company concerned with the quality of their product. These things are cheap. So very irritated.
