Hi the last couple of days I have noticed that my versa will not sync properly and my sleep is stuck on last Tuesday and I have stopped receiving notifications on my watch. The date is correct and other information is correct but nothing is showing up on the app new new.
I have reset watch a few times and no change.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:
If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try the steps below:
1. Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 2.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 2.

Thank you both for your responses I now think that the Bluetooth on the watch is not working as now it will not reconnect
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s8

So now i have finally managed to reconnect via bluetooth.it was saying can not find Fitbit then when it did it would not sync.
I ended up restarting everything and then removed watch and added it back.
Lost 4 days of sats but happy its working again
