Versa 2 stopped syncing with WW app two days ago

My Versa 2 suddenly stopped syncing with WW app two days ago. 

One other person has had the save thing happen. 

Everything is up to date and I've in uninstalled/ installed everything and it still won't sync.

Hi Barbie888  mine seemed to have stopped syncing since 5th November! It's brand new and everything installed correctly. ....I could use Alexa and send msgs now nothing! .....never had this problem with my garmin! Wish I hadn't changed 😫😢
