Versa 2 stopped syncing with my phone

I let my battery run out on my Versa 2 and when I went to charge it, the clock stopped!  Now it's fully charged the other features seem to be working, but the clock is still about 7 hours behind the correct time.  I have tried to sync it several times with my android phone, but it is still showing that it last synced on Thursday at 00.16, and although the clock is working, it is not showing the correct time. Help!

Hi there @UKSandra, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Please note that the wrong time is due to your watch hasn't synced so it can't update the time. For troubleshooting steps, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

In addition, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
