Yesterday my Fitbit didn’t track a days progress at all so this morning when I walked to work I noticed it didn’t track the walk.
I reset the versa to the factory settings and removed the device from the Fitbit app.
Then reinstalled it all again, after I had done this a notification came up on my phone saying it had trouble connecting to the Fitbit and I should forget it then rediscover it which I did.
Now I can’t pick up the versa with Bluetooth! I decided to forget my headphones to see if it was a phone issue but they reconnected almost immediately.
I can’t seem to access online chat what can I do about this issue?
