For past 3 weeks, my Fitbit Versa 2 hasn’t been working for me. It reads all other categories except my active minutes. It’s been at 0 minutes for sometime now. Can someone help in this matter? Thanks in advance.

I am also experiencing the same problem like the others, wherein my Fitbit Versa is not detecting my active minutes. I have tried all the troubleshooting measures mentioned in this post and it is still not working.=( I have subscribed to the FitBit Premium program and I cannot fully utilize my subscription due to this concern.=( Hope you could help us address the concern soonest. Looking forward to hearing from you.
