About a week ago my Versa 2 stopped responding to touch in the mornings, meaning I could not turn off my alarm. I did a factory reset of my watch, which solved the issue.
About a day after the factory reset, my watch stopped registering floors. I tried going up 3 stories, but nothing registered. After I rebooted my device, it started counting floors again. The following day, the watch stopped counting floors again. Again, I went up 3 stories without stopping, to make sure it wasn't an issue of taking too few steps to register the floors. Rebooting helped again, and so on. I've tried restoring the watch to factory settings again, but my watch stopped counting floors again since this morning, so that didn't help for long.
Is this an issue other people are dealing with as well? What can I do to get this fixed, because I am not willing to keep rebooting my watch every day.

Should anyone have this issue in the future and stumble upon this thread, I contacted customer support. After a whole series of factory resets, which did not work in my case, I was issued a replacement.

Update: after the second factory reset, my watch was again unresponsive in the morning, so I could not turn off my alarm. Neither the screen nor the button was responding to anything. The only thing I was able to do was long-press the button to reboot.

I'm having the same issues. Some mornings, not all, I can't dismiss the alarm, nor snooze it. Only by hold the side button for about 10 seconds and doing a reset can I get it to stop.
Also, on Friday March 20th I noticed it hadn't recorded any floors from Mar 12th on. I did another reset, uninstalled the app, reinstalled, re-synced and it started recording floors again.
That lasted 2 days. On Sun the 22nd, it stopped recording floors again. I have done all the steps above again, nothing has worked. It will not register on the app that I have done any floors. On the actual versa 2 itself it shows that I have done 5 floors today, but it shows 0 on the app. The app has been synced about 20 times today while i try and troubleshoot the issues.
The alarm issue happened again today, unable to turn it off by touch, had to do a reset.
