Versa 2 stopped tracking heart rate accurately

This is my SECOND watch since I received it for Christmas!!!! Fitbit replaced my first one after I did all the steps (restart, factory restart etc.) I now have my SECOND one and already it is doing the EXACT same thing!!! I start noticing it when I’m running and it says my heart rate is 70...(I wish)...or not monitoring it at all...and now I have a BURN on my wrist from the sensor.  I am contacting fitbit tomorrow when they open...I am VERY upset with this watch.  I have NEVER had an issue with the Blaze.  I am asking for a FULL REFUND.  They need to take this watch off the market.  My wrist hurts and I took pictures of it too.

Hi @Kiki519, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

I'm sorry to hear that your seconds Versa stopped tracking your heart rate accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you with the refund process.

I'll be around if any question arises.
