My Versa 2, only 6 months old has suddenly stopped  giving a sleep score and I  olive it's not recording heart rate either. I've rebooted it and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Hi @JanetACH, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped tracking your heart rate and sleep score. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

After this, check out this help page, which explains how the sleep score is measured.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

Many thanks for your prompt help, I found the heart rate monitor was turned off, not sure how that happened.  But all OK now and sleep tracked last night with score.  Thanks again for your help. JanetSent from my Galaxy
