I’ve seen that this is a common issue among others, but heart rate suddenly stopped working, therefore sleep training isn’t working.
the green light at the back isn’t visible at all.
I’ve restored factory settings, cleaned the back, activated and deactivated heart rate monitoring and still nothing ... any ideas anybody?
This is my third Fitbit and I’ve loved them all ... gutted that this one has hit the skids! 😞

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
