Good day,
One week ago, my versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate as well as my sleep. There is a "--" next to the heart rate icon. The LED light has not been blinking since then.
The heart rate feature is enabled on the device. Lastnight I turned the feature off and then back on, did a factory reset with no change. I then shut the device down and all three features managed to work. At some point during the night all abovementioned features stopped working again. I did the steps that worked before but unfortunately the status is unchanged. The lights are off and the heart rate reads "--" .
Any assistance rendered would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
