Versa 2 stopped tracking heart rate and sleep

I’m on my second Versa 2 this month. It doesn’t track my HR or sleep and I’ve tried all troubleshooting suggestions given to me by Fitbit employees. Has anyone else had this problem?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

Can I get the solution to this too... HR stopped,, sleep tracker stopped , active zones stopped and the green light that blinks is not there anymore.... Any help or my device is now just an ordinary watch?

Hello,

 

I was not given any reference number by anyone and unfortunately the last chat was cut off. I’ve literally tried everything that has been suggested and still there are issues. As a first time buyer of Fitbit, I’m very disappointed with this product and will not be recommending it. At this point I’d rather get a refund (it was very expensive) and buy a HR monitor that works. How do I go about getting my money back?

I am having the same issue. My HR monitor and sleep cycle have stopped working. Ever since the last update it has been one problem after another. I am looking into different smartwatches at this point. Unless this problem gets solved asap. Any suggestions. I even factory reset and tried to setup again. Nothing works.
