Hello, my Versa 2 has stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep for a few days now the green light at the back is also not on. I have tried going to settings and turning heart and sleep on and off with a reset. I’ve done the factory reset. Nothing seems to be working. Any other suggestions?!

This happened to me this weekend after the most recent update. Troubleshooting didn’t work so I have returned it for warranty service.
