Versa 2 stopped tracking heart rate and won't sync

During a workout my versa 2 had my heart rate stuck at 146. I turned off the exercise and restarted it and nothing changed. I reset my Fitbit and now it will not sync and my heart rate is still not being tracked

@EmmaB04 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the heart rate tracking and syncing issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

Regarding the syncing issue, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try the steps advised in this help page in order to fix the heart rate tracking issue.

These articles may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
