My Versa 2 has recently been acting up. I have tried to troubleshoot by restart along with factory reset and have not had any luck regarding either.
The issue is that the hear rate will stop being read and show a stagnant number at random times. This is causing issues in recording exercising, sleep, and resting heart rate. This has been occurring for about two weeks now and have tried multiple troubleshooting techniques.
Any help would be great appreciated.

Mine has done exactly the same I’ve tried rebooting resetting, etc all the suggestions on this forum. Battery also started fast draining out yesterday - it was fully charged last night and now has died as no battery left. After reading this forum over last 2 weeks this must be the buggiest product Fitbit has released, I’m really disappointed having always been a fan, had lots of issues with this device. There are no lights on the back so no HR monitoring for workouts or sleep it definitely did an update before this started so must be self inflicted pain. Come on Fitbit I just want the device working as it should is that really too much to ask?

This has begun to occur with the replacement that was sent to me. This is frustrating not able to last a full year…
