I purchased a Versa 2 today. It took FOREVER to update, which was frustrating consider it came straight out of the box. It would not connect over ANY wifi signal (I tried three). It finally updated over Bluetooth. My concern is with the heart rate. I specifically bought this for heart rate monitoring. It worked for a few hours, but then stopped after I put it on the charger. The green light intermittently turns on, then off. If I rub my thumb over the heart rate sensor, it starts, then shuts off 1-2 seconds later. I made sure the app and device both have this feature turned on.
I am incredibly frustrated. This thing was not cheap and it's been issue after issue.

I figured it out. I have a full tattoo sleeve on the arm I wear my Versa 2 on. Any time the sensor sits over a tattooed spot, the green light stops flashing. I have to constantly move it in order for it to work. Incredibly frustrating. I bought this model because I needed something waterproof with heart rate monitoring and it's been such a disappointment.
