I rec'd a new Versa 2 for Xmas. Seemed to work fine all Xmas day and the day after. Today the heartrate has not displayed all day. I have synced numerous times today- no change. I have it securely on my wrist- changed positions various times today - nothing. Why is it not working?

I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it has not tracked your heart rate even though you have made sure that you you have it securely on your wrist.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
