The zone minutes stopped showing up on my Versa 2; and sleep log is inconsistent. Sometimes it logs hours, sometimes it doesn’t. My App is updated. I’ve even shut down my Fitbit to reboot. Nothing works for zone and sleep log

Hi @Busybeemom - it requires a good heart rate detection to get many measurements, if the watch becomes faulty or if you turn off the heart rate detection in settings it won't be able to do the measurements properly.
Also check on the device page (Connected to) in the Fitbit App that the phone isn't also connected to your account, just the Versa 2.
