My fitbit versa 2, won’t detect my steps, hear rate, and my active zone minutes at the moment. I updated my Fitbit last night and since that this has happened. Deleted the data, turned on and off my Fitbit and still nothing has changed. Any suggestions? Cheers

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if your data is not being showed up on your Versa 2 or Fitbit app? If your Versa 2 is showing your data, but it's not syncing to your Fitbit app, please make sure that your watch is still linked to your Fitbit account. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. If your watch is no longer paired, set up again by following these steps.
