Versa 2 stopped tracking my data after the update

Just installed the latest update and Versa 2 tracker is still not updating. The clock, the date and time and battery life are the only things updating. All other metrics are showing zeroes.

Hi there, @Lisahk. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

As a first approach, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If the above doesn't work and your Versa 2 is still not syncing your data, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
