Versa 2 stopped tracking my data and battery won't hold a charge

My Versa 2 keeps saying it’s charging but I am wearing it. It’s draining the battery in a few hours and not registering any movement or anything. I have tried resetting it umpteen times, changed clockface to a Fitbit one, and told my phone to forget it and resync nothing is working

Thank you I have contacted them and they can’t help either so I am waiting to hear from a specialist via email apparently

@Tansy101 I'm sorry they couldn't help. However, as you were told, your case was forwarded to our higher tier of support for further checking. Someone will be in contact with you soon as they have the resolution for your Versa 2's issue.
