Versa 2 stopped tracking my health metrics data

<top> hi I am a Fitbit customer and my Fitbit stopped doing the spo2 reading and the heart rate reading and the LED lights aren't working I've tried to troubleshooting it I've tried contacting customer service I've tried factory resetting it nothing seems to be helping me
