I woke up a couple of days ago to see my watch face was dark. I reset it to get it back, but now the green light on the bottom is no longer flashing and it is no longer recording my heartrate.I have tried everything else to get it back like reseting and resyncing, but it didn’t work. I’ve only had this fitbit to replace my old versa 2 for about a year.
I don’t need the heartrate monitor that badly, but it would be nice to have. Is there some other way to get it back, or did a simple reset I’ve done hundreds of times just break it somehow?

Hi there, @Shinehollow. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done, I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working:
Also, for more detailed information, see: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

This happened to me too. Randomly stopped working. Now refuses to work despite resets and doing that sync suggestion. Won't track heart rate or sleep now.
