My Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate activity while I sleep back on Friday night, Friday I didn’t even get a sleep score and now only the heart rate doesn’t track, I have tried rebooting my Versa 2 numerous times and it still doesn’t work, my Versa 2 and my Fitbit app are all up to date, anyone else having this issue?

If it's less than a year you can get a replacement. They offered me that it 50% a newer model.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Mines not a year yet. Replacing it. Steps were off too.

Same here! It will just stop tracking my heart rate and sleep sporadically.

I have a similar problem, but perhaps it's slightly different. My Fitbit Versa 2 seems to be working OK; I think my problem is with the Fitbit app on my iPhone 12 Pro, which is totally up-to-date with iOS 14.4.2.
About a week ago, the app quit showing my sleeping heart rate. The “Estimated Oxygen Variation” graph is there and displays the typical line graph; however, the “Sleeping Heart Rate” graph is there, and the summary data displayed below the graph (avg bpm, % above resting heart rate, and % below resting heart rate) all change from day to day, but the graph is totally blank. Also, if I go back to earlier days when the graph was working properly, they are all now blank, too.
I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it from the Apple App Store, to no avail.

I had the EXACT same experience! Said it's not fixable, over the 365 day warranty, and offered a discount on a new product. These are too expensive to replace every year!

FIX THE ISSUE and you won't have so many upset customers!!!!!!! The paltry discount is not enough if we have to replace it on day 366 of a 365 day warranty!!!!!

My tracker gave me 2 nonspecific sleep analysis after my heart rate stopped logging. After that it was no heart rate or sleep log. I believe the green flashy light on the inside of the watch also stopped working. Likely related.

I have the same issues described by Perkin812. Immediately after updating to iOS 14.4.2, the heart rate graph (during sleep) has disappeared, not only for today, but also for all past days, where it was previously visible. The percentage above and percentage below my resting heart rate is still calculated and shown. It is important for me to see the graph because it shows me exactly how far above and below my resting rate it travels, and when. Hopefully your engineers can coordinate with Apple to prevent this from recurring in iOS 15.

Same issue here. I was working fine and then the app stopped showing heart rate during sleep, which I think is affecting the sleep score. I can see the heart rate when I go into the heart rate for the day but not during the sleep. It has also been erased from all of the rest of the sleep from weeks ago.

Mine having similar trouble, wouldn’t sync with appafter3/25- even by manually attempting. Finally removed device and reinstalled. Works but no heart rate showing and not showing data in app properly. App has been freezing up on me too.I think may have something to do with recent iOS update. This Fitbit is under a year old.

I'm also jumping in, mines not tracked heart rate for at least a week and now wont sync with my phone at all and has limited data available on it! Mi e is also only 18-20 months old.

I was not offered 50% off. They offered only 35% and weren't to sympathetic. Never had poor service from Fitbit before. Maybe something to do with being bought by Google. Big tech doesn't care about the little people

That's what I'm starting to think too....Google should be concerned and so should Fitbit. Not a good image for them to have.
I also was not offered 50% off...only 35%. And felt that they didn't really care. I wrote back to try and get a second response and they are not replying any more. 😳😧

Seems to be a prevalent problem for the Versa and frequent recently.
Any chance it is a function of some update / download?

My heart rate graph is not shown in restoration using my iPad Pro, but it IS displayed while using my iPhone XS Max!

From the app on my phone in settings I reselected, heart and sleep and such. But from then from the fit bit device itself- in settings I had to turn the heart back on. Why the update deleted all my settings who knows. But mine is back in action with plenty of fiddling

I came looking on the forum to see if anyone else was having this issue. This is
my Versa (1.5 years old) to a tee. I still see steps and HR but sleeping HR is gone. I cancelled my monthly premium subscription as a result and Im really disappointed by the feedback support has been giving everyone else (I have yet to contact them). Looks like maybe an Apple Watch will be in my future as opposed to another Fitbit which Ive used faithfully for 4 years.

My Hr wasn’t on either. After adding settings in app sleep, and heart . I then I had to go to watch swipe to settings, tap and scroll down to heart , and swipe to turn that feature back on. Mine now works. I spent hours on this all. After updating, removing device. And reinstalling too, first

Same here! Both money and my husbands Versa 2 stopped tracking heart rate and sleep on the same day! Very suspicious. I may be looking into a smartwatch now...
