My Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate activity while I sleep back on Friday night, Friday I didn’t even get a sleep score and now only the heart rate doesn’t track, I have tried rebooting my Versa 2 numerous times and it still doesn’t work, my Versa 2 and my Fitbit app are all up to date, anyone else having this issue?

Same issue with me as well. Heart rate stopped tracking the last couple of days.

Mine (Versa 2) last synced 3/30/21. I've done hard restarts, force stop w/ turning blue tooth off and on, and lastly an uninstall/ install. Now in the settings it refuses to allow me access to WiFi to turn it on. This seems to have started when they updated everyone with some "Sense" functions that we can't use. Perhaps it's our punisment for not going Premium.
You go, Google. I'll be gone soon.

I’ve got a simular problem
since friday.
The app quit showing my sleeping heart rate. The “Estimated Oxygen Variation” graph is there and displays the typical line graph; and the summary data displayed below the graph (avg bpm, % above resting heart rate, and % below resting heart rate) all change from day to day, but the graph is totally blank.
I shall try to contact Fitbit tofay!

I just contacted CS. They say they know about the problem and are working on a new update to solve this issue. They also say that Android doesn’t have this problem (yes, so? Should I buy an adroid then?) and that you can’t get any refund for Premium, because it’s in the terms&conditions that the possibilities within the app may vary during time.
It can take a week or two before it’s solved.

Minor, not major, miracle… my sleeping heart rate graph has magically reappeared, that is for last night (Saturday night, April 10) I now have a line graph again. I say minor because NONE of the graphs in prior days have been restored, including the days that had graphs but were erased when it quit working. I checked the Apple App Store this morning (April 11) and it says that the most recent update to the app was 1 week ago; if that’s true, what happened???

I wonder why this is happening to so many people at the exact same time?!

Exactly! And why Fitbit is not even trying- just saying it "can't be fixed. Our warranty department will review your case and send you an email", where they tell you your warranty is over, here's 35% towards the purchase of a new one. Not good enough!

I have an android and there are most certainly issues...I wish they'd quit blowing smoke up our asses.

Mine stopped working last Thursday. No green or red flashing lights.
I am not happy. I had to buy this one after the face on my Versa fell OFF!. I got the 10%-20% discount. I am starting to think that a garmin or Samsung might be a better bet. I need to see what their customer service is like.

Yes I am having the same issue. Fitbit needs to fix it.

Update: I have had this problem since March 26, I have done a soft reboot, a factory reset, full uninstall/reinstall of the app, rebooted both the Versa 2 and my iPhoneX, got in touch with the customer service department and FitBit says they are aware of the problem, some sort of conflict with Apple’s most recent iOS updates and that they are “working on it”, that was three weeks ago, it still isn’t working correctly, my Versa 2 still won’t track my HR during sleep correctly, it still doesn’t produce a graph.

Update: Well, so much for “minor” miracles; yesterday (April 11) I once again had the expected sleeping heartbeat line graph, on my iPhone 12 Pro, in the restoration section of my sleep information. But, Fitbit giveth and evidently taketh away with no warning… once again, the sleeping heartbeat graph is empty.
I checked the Apple App Store and the “version history” listed for the Fitbit app indicates that version 3.40.1 is the most recent version and it was published “2w ago”. So friggin frustrating!!!

The notorious fitbit heart rate sensors.
Did you know that 80% of the issues reported are in regards to heart rate sensor failing? Because Fitbit has poor quality control testing their heart rate sensors. On rare occasions, a factory reset does revive the fitbit but the life expectancy of their watches seems be on average of 10 months.
I suggest looking at other brands. I loved the fitbit brand and I wanted to like it. I had a versa 2 and versa 3. All failed..... I have now moved on to other product lines that are not fitbit.

I’m having problems showing my steps on my Fitbit but it’s logged in my app. I tried updating and restarting. Delete app and downloaded again. I even factory reset it. Nothing. No lights for heart rate, no heart rate, no log of steps on my device, mestural cycles are gone and it says January 1986. It’s connected but lots wrong. Confused and bummed out. Only had it for about a year and a half or two. I wonder if it’s the updates that happened or I need a new one? Lost!

Yes my data seems to stop March 23rd. After I raised a ruckus on Twitter, they said they’d get back to me but I still haven’t heard anything.
