My Versa 2 is no longer registering my heart rate. When I look at the watch display, no heart rate is displayed. It has also stopped tracking my sleep. I believe those two are connected. It still track my steps.
I have searched the community and done the multiple method suggested to get it working. None of them have worked.
i have done the factory reset and firmware update via the watch and updated my Android App. Still does not register my heart rate.
With the latest update is Versa 2 no long supported? Or since it's not reading my heart rate is is a mechanical issue with my watch?

If your heart rate is not sensing, that would affect other things too. For instance, your calorie burn would be way down and constant at your BMR.
In the Settings App, make sure you don't have 'Heart Rate' turned off.

The "heart rate" is turned on and other than during the trouble shooting that was recommended on a similar post it has remained on.

Same thing happened to me a few days ago. Green lights are not going on. Tried the heart rate on and off and tried restarting. Nothing has worked. Also tried doing on update but screen just shows a Fitbit logo and never seems to find any updates.
