Yesterday afternoon, my Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate. I tried repositioning it, etc. with no luck. Then, this morning when I woke up, I noticed that, in addition to kit tracking the heart rate, it is no longer tracking my steps.
After looking at some other help posts, I've tried restarting the device 3 times, I've switch the clock face to one created by fitbit, and I've turned off heart rate tracking to manually sync and then turn back on. No luck.
