Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate, sleep data, and steps

Hi 

My versa 2 is not registering my heart rate, steps or sleep tracking. It is syncing to my phone but is not picking up anything. 

I have restarted/reset and it's still not working. I have checked all the settings and gone through the instructions several times. How can this be fixed?

Thanks for the response. I tried the chat option but the operator cut me off and I tried again but 10 minutes after being connected to an operator I received no reply. I am very unhappy. I want this resolved within 24 hours or I will return for full refund
