I purchased my Versa 2 from target on 8/22/21. It worked decently until recently. It suddenly stopped tracking heart rate. I reviewed the forum and decided to factory reset the device. Still doesn't track heart rate. It's barely 7 months old and I have an office job so it's getting any rough wear and tear. Fitbit, HELP!!
