Yesterday my Versa 2 (purchased in November 2019) stopped tracking my heart rate and the LED lights on the bottom disappeared... I have restarted, shutdown, turned heart rate ON/OFF on the device, app, and website dashboard, cleaned it, updated and factory reset, and still nothing. I've seen lots of people complain about this issue as well.. Is there any other fix to this or should I be looking at other brands of fitness watches?
