Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

My versa 2 bpm stopped showing any sign it just shows 2 dots next to the heart had something extreme happen did my heart beat break it.

Hi @pookekie, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate feature of your Versa 2 stopped working. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate properly.

I have reset the versa 2 and now it will not connect at all to the app no lights are flashing on the back at all and its fully charged
