Hi last year my versa 1 battery failed so they sent me the Versa 2 early this year and now this one the heart rate has stopped working. There is no flashing light at the back and there are dotted lines at the back. I have tried resetting the watch and all the other suggestions and still nothing. Very pissed off as now I have had two watches fail. What do I do?
