Hi, I've had my versa 2 pretty much 1 year to the day and the heart rate monitor doesn't work. I've never got my Versa wet despite being waterproof, never dropped it so it's been well looked after an in pretty much brand new condition to look at. I've cleaned the sensors, switched on and off and even changed the clock face to another fitbit one in case the clock face was not registering properly. But like I say the little green lights on the back don't flash anymore. Funny thing was there was a red light last night flashing for about 10 seconds then stopped after a restart. Anyone got any ideas?

Presumably in the Today app on the watch [Swipe up] it is not showing heart rate?
One thing to check is that heart rate is tuned on in Settings.
On the watch Swipe left Settings Scroll to Heart rate Make sure its on |
