The heartbeat registration on my versa 2 has stopped. Tightening wristband did not solve the problem, neither did resetting my versa 2.
Any other ideas? Thanks!

I've tried doing all these suggestions and mine is still not working. The lights aren't even coming on on the back of the tracker.
Is there anything else I can do?
