Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

Hi,

 

about 2 days ago my heart rate monitor stopped working. The green light is not on, and I can’t get a reading. I’ve gone through resetting it and turning it on and off. Please help!

Hi @Katie-Boh  - as this may be something other than a watch fault probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
