I purchased a replacement Fitbit from you folks back in 3.9.21. It's been 5 days now and my heart rate monitor on the Fitbit versa 2 has stopped working. I've attempted factory resets, unpairing, repairing the devices, restarting the app, and the Fitbit, checking for updates on the devices with no luck getting the heart rate monitor to work again. Looking for a fix, or a replacement.

Hi @tehgrimza - this seems like a common occurrence, it may be related to a recent update or a watch fault.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
