Hi, I have a Versa 2 purchased in summer of 2019. Over the last week, it's stopped tracking heartrate accurately/constantly, and now the lights on the back no longer work. Considering I got one specifically to track HR and sleep, this is pretty disappointing.
I've tried shutting it off and turning it on, manually disabling and reenabling the HR data, and most other possible solutions I found. Help would be very appreciated, and thank you.
