Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

It's been months since my versa 2 has tracked my heart rate. The lights in the back of it are also no longer flashing/working. What died? Will they ever come back on? Is this what's affecting my heart rate monitoring?

Unfortunately there’s no way to contact support via the online chat anymore and having to google search customer service is beyond acceptable. Seems like there are more and more people experiencing this same issue with no resolve from Fitbit. Very disappointed
