Hello @MelVas
Go to your Versa 2 and swipe left twice to get to your settings. Tap the settings gear wheel then scroll down and make sure your heart rate is on and wasn’t accidentally disabled. If you find the heart rate was already on, turn it off then sync your tracker then turn it back on then sync your tracker again.
If the issue continues you can try restarting your Versa 2 by holding down the button on the side until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. It will then vibrate to indicate the restart is completed.
If it still remains a problem look here to see tips that might help: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1582.htm
😉 Hopefully this provides you with an answer. Please let me know

I'm having the same issue and also have tried all of the aforementioned tips multiple times.
Mine has also stopped notifying me to get up and move at 10 till the hour if I'm not up to my 250 steps yet.
For as much as we pay for these watches I would like it to work longer than a year.
