Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

My Versa 2 stopped tracking heart rate. There's no green light on the back anymore and it just shows -- BPM. 
I've tried factory resetting, restarting the Fitbit, Turning heart rate monitor off and on, Removing the Fitbit from the app and re-adding it and nothings working!
I've seen a lot of other people have the same issue. Has anything helped ??

Hi @AmalieF - this can happen if the watch got wet or if it follows a firmware update.

If it doesn't work after a factory reset the watch has a fault.

The quickest way to resolve it if it is under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, is to replace it over the counter where you bought it, hopefully.
