Hi!
I had my versa 2 for more than a year and a half, and the heart monitor randomly stopped working.
The thing is, I found out this happened to a lot of other people, so I'm thinking of contacting fitbit. (I tried restarting the watch, factory reseting it and all that)
The country I'm from and bought the watch from is part of EU, so technically the warranty should last 2 year, but I'm not sure if getting to the trouble of fixing the watch is worth it.
Has anyone went through something similar? Is costumer support ok?

Hi @eloor - if the heart rate randomly stops working there is something wrong with the watch, unless you manually switched it off in the watch settings.
A European warranty of 2 years may apply and then the watch can be replaced free.
To check your warranty status you can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
