I’ve tried everything. I’ve reset it. I’ve deleted my data. I’ve turned heart rate off and on and synced afterward and before. I’ve changed the clock face. I’ve done many things and it is stuck on 87bpm for two days now. I’m going to switch to another company if I can’t get this fixed- so frustrating.

Hi @Bellaang - when a watch starts playing up it may have developed a fault. You could try the following.
In watch Settings toggle the Heart sensor off/on and restart it.
There remains a factory reset option which is risky and slow, give it 5 minutes to complete and set it up again in the app.
