Mine has stopped tracking heart rate as well. Also had other issues on multiple Fitbit devices that were “said to be covered by their warranty” and was denied repair and or replacement. What’s the point in getting the insurance if you still have to come out of pocket or end of paying for a new one! Last Fitbit I’ll own!

My versa 2 also stopped tracking my heart rate. I’ve tried restarting it several times and right when I turn it back on (for 10 seconds) or SOMETIMES at random it will decide to pick up a heartbeat, but there’s nothing consistent and it won’t track. It also won’t track my sleep because of the issue. Mine was a gift so there’s not much I can do other than hope it’ll fit itself the same way it “broke” itself. If this issue proceeds, I definitely will not be buying a Fitbit brand for my replacement.

They are expensive watches they should be lasting longer than a year the least they could do is replace them but they wont so they lose customer i will not buying another fitbit either.
