Fitbit Versa 2 does not display HR, the green sensor is blinking, the watch syncs, heart rate function is enabled - firmware version 35.72.1.23
I have turned it off, performed a factory reset, updated it, and synchronized it manually – what else can I do?

Hi there, @Peter_Piotrek. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped tracking your heart rate. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 2 and report it's not tracking your heart rate data anymore, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

What exact information do you need?
The form only included a general question about the description.

Hello,
I am facing similar issue with Versa Lite. Heart rate tracking is on, and it properly detects exercise as well as RHR. But in the app I am unable to see daily heart rate graph. This started to happen since 1 week now. Also the heart rate graphs from days before that are also gone.
I think this may be app issue since the latest update and not device or sync issue.
How do I fix this?
